Crucially, Fusionaly is self-hosted software. You install and run it on your own servers. This means:

  • We do not collect, access, or process your End Users' data. That data resides entirely on your infrastructure.
  • This policy primarily covers the data we collect directly from you (our Customer) and visitors to our website (fusionaly.com).

  • Payment Information: Payments are processed by Polar. We do not store your full credit card details.

  • Communications: If you contact us for support, we collect the information you provide in your messages.
  • License Verification Data: Minimal technical data necessary to verify your license status.

Data Collected by the Software

When you install and run the Fusionaly software on your servers, it is designed to collect the following types of anonymous, aggregated data about your End Users by default:

  • Page URLs visited
  • Referrer URLs (where visitors came from)
  • Browser type (e.g., Chrome, Firefox)
  • Operating System (e.g., Windows, macOS)
  • Device type (e.g., Desktop, Mobile)
  • Country derived from anonymized IP address
  • UTM parameters (if present in URLs)
  • Custom event data (if you configure it)

Key Privacy Features:

  • No Cookies: The software does not use browser cookies for tracking.
  • IP Anonymization: IP addresses are immediately hashed with a secret salt and discarded.

How We Use Your Information

  • Process payments and manage your license subscription.
  • Communicate with you, including responding to support requests.
